Arvakur is a beautifully conformed young stallion, and he promises to grow to a large size stallion considering he was 14 hands tall as a three-year-old. His sire Landi stood stud at Unicorn Valley for many years and passed on his genteel, smart and obedient personality to his offspring, including Arvakur. Venus was imported from Iceland and has several renowned Icelandic horses in her background. Arvakur was her last foal before she died 2 years ago.

Arvakur has shown tolt in the pasture. We will know if he is 5 gaited after he is fully trained. His father was 4-gaited and his mother was 5 gaited. He is in ground training at the present time and is a fast learner and very obedient. He has already sired three 2007 foals on our farm, all of them are pictured on our website filka-roarkhorses.com. He has passed on his sweet personality as well as his extravagant mane and fine featured head to all three foals.
